How do I save this as a PDF?

Is my invoice data saved anywhere?
No — everything you type stays in your browser only. Nothing is uploaded, stored, or sent anywhere, so refreshing the page will clear it.
Can I add multiple line items?
Yes — click 'Add line item' as many times as you need. Each row has its own description, quantity, and price, and the total updates automatically.
Does this calculate tax?
Not automatically — add tax as its own line item if you need to include it, since tax rates and rules vary significantly by location and business type.
What do payment terms like 'Net 30' mean?
The number after 'Net' is the number of days the client has to pay after the invoice date — Net 30 means payment is due within 30 days. See the table above for other common terms.
What should I include on a professional invoice?
